Back In The Saddle Shoes . . .

As a part of the whole "what's old is new" craze in
men's wear it is nice to see saddle shoes again.
They were originally made by Spalding, a sporting
goods company, in the early 1900s. The saddle
was thought to add support to the instep for
tennis, badminton, and other court sports. Maybe
they are the granddaddy of all sports shoes.

Military Style Jacket . . .

Here is an attractive, contemporary interpretation
of the military jacket. No brass buttons, no fake
patches. Just a clean, simple, fitted design.

Francy is ready for spring with this outfit. Red shorts
(like culottes with wide cut legs), a textured gray blazer,
a vintage patent leather purse and a small vintage hat
made primarily of bows.
